   No motor vehicle or other vehicles shall be parked on the following:
 
Street
Clearance Restriction
National Avenue
Will not permit a clearance of 11 feet between the rear of the vehicles and the nearest rail of the track of the Terre Haute, Indianapolis, and Eastern Traction Company.
