(B) Definitions. For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARKING. The standing of a vehicle on the municipal parking lot whether the vehicle is occupied or not, and whether the of 2 is occupied or not by an operator.
VEHICLE. Any motor vehicle, automobile, motorcycle, truck, trailer, semi-trailer, truck-trailer, bus, school bus, recreational vehicle, construction vehicle, tractor and bicycle.
(C) Penalty. Whoever violates any provisions of this schedule shall be fined the sum of $25. A public offense shall be deemed committed for each violation that occurs or continues to occur for a period in excess of 2 hours and a vehicle illegally parked shall be subject to being removed, towed and stored at the owners expense.
