§ 73.41  ROLE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL.
   The Common Council of the City of Brazil deems it appropriate to designate certain streets within the city limits of the City of Brazil under the jurisdiction of the Common Council of the City of Brazil to be used for commercial truck traffic.
