(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operation a motor vehicle on any public street in excess of 25 mph, unless a different speed is otherwise posted.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle on any public street, alley or public way located within the corporate limits of the City of Brazil in excess of the posted speed limit.
