§ 73.25  MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The maximum speed limit for any motor vehicle being operated on any public street, alley or public way located within the corporate limits of the City of Brazil, shall be 25 mph, unless otherwise posted.

   (B)   A 20 mph speed zone is established for vehicular traffic on Jackson Street, from Vandalia Street east to the corporate limits of the city.

   (C)   The speed zone for vehicular traffic in Forest Park and George Craig Park shall be 5 mph.

   (D)   There shall be a 20 mph speed zone on Hendrix Street from State Road 59 to Murphy Avenue; and on Murphy Avenue from Hendrix Street to U.S. 40, with the Street Department installing proper speed zone signs.
