§ 73.01  STOP REQUIRED BEFORE EMERGING FROM AN ALLEY, PRIVATE DRIVE OR BUILDING.
   It shall be unlawful to drive a motor vehicle from any alley, driveway or building into any public street without first bringing the vehicle to a full stop at or immediately before the edge of the improved surface of the street.
