The city attorney shall have control over the use of the collected Deferral Program user fees in the fund. At his or her discretion, the funds may be dispersed therefrom to fund requested needs and equipment for the Brazil Police Department or the Department of Law in the administration of the Deferral Program or the prosecution of moving traffic violation ordinances.
