Pursuant to I.C. 34-28-5-1 and 33-39-1-8 any person charged with a moving traffic violation pursuant to the ordinances of the City of Brazil and agreeing to enter into the Deferral Program shall be required to pay an initial user's fee of $50 and a monthly user's fee of $10 as part of the city attorney's Deferral Program agreement.
