§ 70.18  DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF SPEED CONTROL MODIFICATIONS.
   Any speed bump or speed control modification must be so designed and constructed that a traveling vehicle may proceed over the same at the speed of at least 20 mph without causing damages to the vehicle or severe jarring of the driver thereof, or, in the alternative, in compliance with state or nationally approved design requirements therefor.
