§ 30.003 ORGANIZATION.

   The government of the City of Brazil, Indiana shall consist of the following branches:

   (A)   Executive Branch;

   (B)   Legislative Branch;

   (C)   Fiscal Branch; and

   (D)   Judicial Branch.
