§ 53.071  SUPERINTENDENT TO MAKE CONTRACTS.
   The Superintendent is authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the city, all contracts for water and other contracts provided for in this chapter, the same to be executed according to the terms and conditions specified in this chapter. In the absence of a Superintendent the contracts shall be executed by a duly authorized agent of the city.
