(A) Steam boilers and gas engines taking a supply of water directly from the service pipe depending on the pressure of the pipe system of the Waterworks for supplying the boilers under working pressure, will do so at the risk of parties making attachments as the Waterworks will not be responsible for any accident or damages.
(B) House boilers for domestic use must in all cases be provided with vacuum valves to prevent collapsing when the water is cut off from the distributing pipes, and for accidents or damages from the imperfect action of the valves, the Waterworks will not be responsible in any case.
