§ 53.057  USE OF FIRE HYDRANT.
   No person, except a duly authorized agent of the Waterworks or Fire Department, shall open, for public or private use, any fire hydrant or take water from any outlet whatever, unless the person shall first obtain permission from the Superintendent of the Waterworks.
