(A) The consumer supplied through meter will be held responsible for all water registered by the same and no reduction will be allowed on account of leaks or wastage.
(B) There shall be no waste of water either to prevent freezing or for any other purpose. Water will not be furnished where there are leaky pipes or fixtures.
(C) When the conditions are found to exist, the supply will be shut off until repairs are made.
