(A) The following rates for private fire protection service are based on the size of the service pipe entering the building or grounds and which, in any way, are used for private fire protection such as hose connection to stand-pipes, stand-pipes and fire hydrants.
(B) The rates for yearly service, payable in advance are:

(C) The amount to be paid for private fire hydrant service shall be $200 per hydrant per year.
