§ 53.028  PUBLIC FIRE PROTECTION RATES.
   (A)   The amount to be paid by the city for fire hydrant rental per year is $ 200 per year.
   (B)   When the city desires water for flushing a city sewer which has become clogged, and satisfactory notice is given the Waterworks by a city official, that the water is desired, the Waterworks will send 1 of its people to open a fire hydrant and put a hose valve on the same so that the water can be controlled by the city employees without using the main valve on the fire hydrant. The fire hydrant must be opened by an employee of the Waterworks. No charge will be made for the water or the service.
