The Common Council requires that a $1,200 review fee be submitted with plans and drainage calculations. This $1,200 fee will be used to pay for the review of the submittal. If the review fee is less than $1,200, the balance will be returned to the owner. If the review fee exceeds $1,200, the owner will be responsible for making up the difference between the $1,200 submitted and the actual review costs.
