§ 51.39 EXEMPT PROJECTS.

Any residential, commercial or industrial subdivision (major or minor) or construction project thereon, which has had its drainage plan approved by the City of Brazil prior to the effective date of this chapter, shall be exempt from all of the requirements of this chapter.
