The Commissioner of Buildings is authorized to make or cause to be made inspections of all structures or premises and of all secondary or appurtenant structures to determine whether such structures or premises conform to the provisions of this Property Maintenance Code. The exteriors of all single family homes will be inspected on a street by street basis every three (3) years. The Village will notify property owners three (3) weeks prior to the inspections of the exteriors of single family homes.
