(a) Any person who violates any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to punishment as provided in Chapter 501 of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Bratenahl.
(b) The Village may recover all attorneys’ fees court costs and other expenses associated with enforcement of this chapter, including sampling and monitoring expenses.
