(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(b) Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.
(c) Nothing herein contained shall prevent the Village from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
