1323.08 BOND, LIABILITY INSURANCE, PERMIT REQUIRED.
   There shall be filed with such application:
(a)    The permit fee in the amount specified in Section 1311.05.
(b)    A surety bond with corporate surety authorized to write bonds in the State or, in lieu thereof, a cash deposit in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) in form approved by the Village Solicitor, conditioned to secure the payment to the Village of all damages, costs and expenses which it may suffer or incur as the result of the movement of such building or similar structure, and that the applicant or permittee shall well and truly complete the reconstruction of such building at its new location in conformity with the Village Land Planning and Zoning Code within twelve months after issuance of the permit.
(c)    A policy of general liability insurance issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in the State in which the Village shall be named insured, insuring such named insured against liability for personal injury, wrongful death or property damage, on account of any occurrence arising out of or connected with the movement of such building or similar structure in the following amounts: one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for each injury or death; three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for all injuries and deaths occurring in each accident; and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for property damage.
(d)    Evidence of the issuance of a building permit for the reconstruction of the building at its new location.
