1323.04 MANNER OF MOVEMENT TO BE APPROVED.

No building or similar structure shall be moved onto, along or over any public street in the Village except on rollers, truck or similar device, and then only in such manner as shall be approved by the Village Engineer, in order to avoid damage to Village streets, tree lawns, ways and other Village property.
