No mechanical garbage disposer shall be installed without first making an application for and obtaining a permit therefor from the Village Clerk. The fee for such permit shall be two dollars ($2.00).
The application for such permit shall contain such information as the Village Engineer shall prescribe, and which will assist him in determining whether the proposed installation meets the requirements of this chapter. Such application and permit may be separate or may be combined with the plumbing application and permit. However, in any event, the application and permit must show the type, model number, manufacturer or other means of identification. If combined with the plumbing permit, the fee herein required shall be in addition to all other fees or charges required.
