An application for an occupancy permit shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each dwelling unit covered by the application, and the fee for the first change of occupancy in any given calendar year of a dwelling unit in a multiple family structure containing more than two (2) units shall be thirty-five dollars ($35.00).
