The Village of Bratenahl hereby enacts a commercial building inspection fee schedule to initiate inspections on commercial buildings within the Village of Bratenahl, as follows:
(a) | New Buildings: | Base fee: $400.00 per 1,000 sq. ft. |
Minimum: $400.00 | ||
(b) | Plumbing: | Base fee: $200.00 |
Plus $5.00 for each additional 100 sq. ft. | ||
(c) | Electrical: | Base fee: $200.00 |
Plus $5.00 for each additional 100 sq. ft. | ||
(d) | HVAC: | Base fee: $200.00 |
Plus $5.00 for each additional sq. ft. | ||
(e) | Fire Suppression: | Base fee: $200.00 |
(Sprinkler) | Plus $4.00 per head | |
(f) | Fire Alarm: | New: $500.00 |
Upgrade: $250.00 | ||
(g) | Replacement Equipment (ex: hot water tanks; boilers) | $200.00 |
Roof Top Units: | $200.00; plus $40.00 per ton of A.C. | |
