Any applicant to whom a certificate of registration has been denied, suspended or revoked by the Building Commissioner may appeal such decision to the Mayor. If the aggrieved party finds the decision by the Mayor to be unsatisfactory, the applicant may appeal to the Bratenahl Board of Building Code Appeals whose decision shall be final.
