Each applicant shall furnish proof of a valid and current liability insurance policy. The minimum coverage of such insurance policy shall be one hundred thousand dollars/ three hundred thousand dollars ($100,000/$300,000) for bodily injury, and a minimum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for property damage. Any insurance policy that is revoked, or expires without renewal, shall suspend the certificate of registration until the policy is reinstated.
