In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings, as adopted in Section 1301.01, the stricter standard shall prevail. In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two-, and Three-Family Dwellings, as adopted in Section 1301.01 and any local ordinances, resolutions, rule or regulations, the local ordinance, resolution, rule, or regulation shall control.
