1159.07 SETBACK.

Buildings shall be set back at least twenty-five feet from any property or lot line, public road or highway, excluding the property line of The New York Central Railroad Company. For the purpose of this section, the former center line of that portion of Coit Road, now vacated, shall be considered the setback line.
