Accessory uses incidental to the foregoing main uses are permitted as follows:
(a) Service departments, garages and parking facilities;
(b) Railroad spurs or switch tracks, loading docks and facilities;
(c) Auditorium, cafeterias, clinics and recreational facilities for the use only of visitors to the buildings on the premises and employees of the occupant of the premises, or of affiliates of such occupant, provided that such accessory uses are planned as an integral part of the main building and controlled under the same ownership and operation as the main use.
