1133.12 FEES.

The owner or developer shall deposit with the Village funds in the amount fixed by the Village Engineer for all costs and expenses incurred for approval of preliminary plans and the final plat. Such fees shall be based on the ordinance governing fees and rates of compensation for the Village Engineer.
