In order that proposed subdivisions may be properly planned and reviewed, a map of the Village showing all streets and lot lines shall be kept current and maintained on file by the Clerk. Preliminary plans, when approved, shall be indicated on a print of the Village Map, and every final plat or deed, when recorded, shall be added to the tracings therefor.
