1133.02 MINOR SUBDIVISION.
   (a)    Definition. A proposed division of a parcel of land along an existing public street, not involving the opening, widening or extension of any street or road, and involving no more than five lots after the original tract has been completely subdivided, shall be classified as a minor subdivision.
   (b)    Application. An application for approval for each minor subdivision shall be filed by the developer with the secretary of the Planning Commission. A plan shall be prepared at a scale of not less than fifty feet to the inch. It shall show the proposed layout and dimensions of each lot together with all common land included in the parcel to be subdivided. The Commission may require the applicant to furnish sufficient information to show that the proposed subdivision is in conformance with the Village Plan. The Commission shall take action upon the application at its next regularly scheduled meeting after submission of all required information.
   (c)    If the Commission determines the proposed subdivision is a minor subdivision and is satisfied that it is in conformance with the Village Plan and with all requirements of this Code, the Commission shall approve the minor subdivision.
