1129.02 DISCONTINUANCE OF USE.

Any nonconforming use of land or building which has ceased by voluntary discontinuance or abandonment for a period of at least one year shall be presumed to have been abandoned, subject to permission for re-instatement by the Board of Zoning Appeals, after hearing.
