For the purposes of this chapter "conference center use" means the use of an existing principal residential structure on a lot, developed and used in the manner prescribed by this chapter, by one or more nonprofit colleges or universities certified pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1713.02 or by a charitable corporation established pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 1702 for educational conferences, seminars and meetings related to the educational and civic improvement programs of such institutions and for the purpose of promoting the cultural arts, horticulture, education and civic affairs of the community and the institution.
