All applications for occupancy permits shall be accompanied by a site plan or plat, in triplicate, which shows:
(a) The street providing access to the land;
(b) Lot numbers, if any, of the concerned and abutting properties;
(c) Dimensions and location of structures;
(d) Location and size of proposed structure; and
(e) Any other information deemed by the Commissioner of Buildings necessary for the enforcement of this Code.
