1123.03 GREATER RESTRICTION TO CONTROL.
   In interpreting and applying the provisions of this Code, they shall be held to the minimum requirements adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety, comfort, convenience and general welfare. They do not prevent other more restrictive requirements. Where this Code imposes greater restrictions on the use of buildings or premises, or requires larger open spaces, than are imposed or required by other codes, laws, ordinances, rules or regulations, the provisions of this Code shall govern.
