1121.04 RULES AND BY-LAWS.

The Board of Zoning Appeals shall adopt, from time to time, such rules and by-laws as it may deem necessary to carry into effect the provisions of this Code and for the holding of regular or special meetings, the transaction of its business and the exercise of its powers.
