1117.06 MEETINGS AND COMPENSATION.

The Architectural and Design Review Board shall establish a regular time for monthly meetings. Additional meetings may be called by the Chair, if needed. The Board, by motion, has the right to adopt rules and operating procedures for conducting its meetings. Compensation shall be paid each member of the Architectural and Design Review Board as is fixed by Council.
