(a) “Use” means any purpose for which buildings, other structures or land may be arranged, designed, maintained or occupied or any activity carried on in a building or other structure or on land.
(b) “Main use” means the principal use of, or activity in a building or other structure, or the principal activity on land.
(c) “Accessory use” means a use which is subordinate, incidental and related to that of a main building or main use of the land and on the same lot.
