1111.13 PUBLIC NOTICE.

“Public notice” means at least ten days’ notice of the time and place of hearing to be held by the Planning Commission or the Board of Zoning Appeals which, as determined by Council, shall be either printed in a newspaper of general circulation in the Village, or posted in not less than three public places in the Village.
