(a) “Private garage” means a detached building accessory to a single one-family dwelling or portion of the dwelling, used exclusively for the parking or temporary storage of passenger automobiles, and other incidental personal possessions.
(b) “Storage garage” means a structure, accessory to one or more town houses or multi-family dwellings, used for the parking or temporary storage of passenger automobiles and such other uses as may be permitted.
(c) “Recreational Vehicle” means a vehicle primarily designated for recreational use, which either has its own motive power or is mounted on or drawn by another vehicle. Recreational vehicle includes but is not limited to, recreational camping vehicles, folding tent trailer, boats, off highway vehicles such as snowmobiles, motorcycles not licensed for use on public streets, and any trailer that may be used to convey such a vehicle.
