Council hereby adopts as the plan for the major streets, parks and other public grounds of the Village, or any part thereof, the map and streets and public places thereon shown, prepared by the Regional Planning Commission in February 1962, a true copy of which is attached to original Ordinance 1591, marked Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof. The President and Clerk of Council are authorized to attach their signatures to such map certifying to the approval of the same by Council.
