The hours of the Bratenahl Village Park shall be from 8:00 a.m. to dark daily. The Village Park shall be closed to all persons from dark to 8:00 a.m. and no persons shall use or loiter or congregate or be in or upon the recreational grounds while the Park is closed, except for activities authorized by the Bratenahl Recreation Commission. No person under the age of six years shall be permitted in the Bratenahl Village Park except with appropriate supervision.
