701.05 LICENSE TO BE CARRIED AND DISPLAYED UPON REQUEST.

Such license shall be delivered to such applicant and shall be carried upon the person of the applicant at all times during his operations in the Village, and shall be shown upon request. The license shall not be transferable and shall not be used by any person other than as set forth in such license.
