545.21 UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY OF VEHICLES.

(a) No person shall enter in or go upon any aircraft, motor vehicle, motorcycle, motorboat or other motor-propelled vehicle, which is the property of another person, without the consent of the owner or person authorized to give consent.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of unauthorized entry of a vehicle, a misdemeanor of the first degree.
