(a) No person shall park or store or permit to be parked or stored, on any property in the Municipality, motor vehicles which have been abandoned, or parts of motor vehicles or other scrap, junk or refuse.
(b) No motor vehicle not having a current license plate shall be so parked or left in any yard in the Municipality outside of a garage or other complete enclosure for more than thirty days.
(c) Such parking or leaving of abandoned motor vehicles or parts thereof or other refuse or junk in yards, or the parking of a motor vehicle in a yard for more than thirty days without a current license plate thereon, is hereby declared to be a nuisance and a violation of this section.

(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
