Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 313.03(c)(2), when signs are erected giving notice thereof, vehicular traffic shall not turn right when facing a steady red signal at:
(a) The intersection of Lake Shore Boulevard and Coit Road, from Coit Road onto Lake Shore Boulevard;
(b) The intersection of Eddy Road and westbound entrance ramp of the Lakeland Freeway, from such exit ramp onto Eddy Road;
(c) The intersection of Eddy Road and the eastbound exit ramp of the Lakeland Freeway, from such exit ramp onto Eddy Road.
