Lakeland Freeway, Lake Shore Boulevard, Eddy Road and Bratenahl Road are hereby designated as through streets, and stop signs shall be erected on all streets and highways intersecting therewith, except where traffic control signals are installed, and except that where two or more through highways intersect, stop signs shall be erected at such entrances to such intersections as may be determined by the Chief of Police.
